Option 1 Orchestral Snare Drum:
-Overview of "stick control," daily excersizes to improve consistency and control on the snare drum
-Intro to contrasting styles "American" and "French" rudimentary snare drumming
Option 2 Vibraphone:
-Overview of basic two-mallet and four-mallet technique
-Intro of two phrases transcribed from Bach violin sonatas, one with two mallets and the other with four mallets!
